Update Master & Input Sheets
Maintain your Master GL list (Revenue & Expense categories). Paste your Actual and Budget data. You can overwrite the Actual sheet anytime — it is designed to accept flexible trial balance data formats.



Identify New GL Codes
Click the 'New GL Identifier' button. The system checks if any new GL numbers exist in the Actual data but are missing in the Master GL list. Any new GLs are automatically captured in the 'NEW GL' sheet. Each entry is recorded with a date and timestamp.

Run Variance Report
Click the 'Variance Report' button. The system will automatically process and structure the Actual data, compare Actual vs Budget, update the Change Log, and generate the Monthly Variance Report.

Track Changes with Audit Log
Every update is tracked in the Change Log. It captures the previous value vs new value, and records the exact date and time of every change made.

Automatic Report Generation
The system generates a structured P&L Variance Report, including Actual vs Budget, Variance values, Percentage variance, and Month-wise comparison. All calculations are handled automatically.

Customize Report Structure
In the Settings sheet, you can reorder GL categories using order numbers and instantly reflect those changes in the final report layout.
